Wellness isthe mastery of ones’ different aspects of wellbeing through the active pursuit of activities, choices, and lifestyles that lead to a state of holistic health. There are different aspects of wellbeing which typically will include: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, and environmental.
In health and wellbeing coaching, we facilitate individuals through a supportive relationship and a structured approach that leverages concepts and skills from coaching psychology, behavior change, and positive psychology, to overcome challenges and master health and wellbeing.
