WISE Leadership Development System

The WISE Leadership Development System^TM is developed by Talent Link Global Limited based upon systematic consolidation of both research and practical experiences in leadership development. The system advocates fostering individuals’ learning and development of leadership among four core pillars throughout the lifespan: Wellbeing, Integrity, Sustainability, and Entrepreneurship, critical imperatives for us to thrive in the VUCA World and Post-Pandemic new normal. Each core pillar covers three specific dimensions (see the figure below).
